Known Limitations

• PDF documents: Some training and compliance PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to update these with accessible versions
• Compliance Vault pages: The document upload and management interface uses file inputs and data tables that may have limited screen reader support on some devices. We are actively working to improve this
• Staff profile pages and dashboards: Member dashboards, scoring pages, and staff management interfaces are complex. We continue to test and improve accessibility across these areas
• User-generated and uploaded documents: Compliance documents, certificates, and other files uploaded by members may not always meet accessibility standards. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of user-uploaded content
