- Payments: Checkout is disabled for the current launch, so no Stripe payment cookies are intentionally loaded by Sunbed Hub

4.1 Payment Cookies
The confirmed one-location salon membership price is £299 per year plus VAT (£358.80 including VAT), but live Stripe checkout is disabled until final external cutover. Sunbed Hub does not intentionally load Stripe checkout or Stripe payment cookies during normal browsing while checkout is disabled.
Legal Basis: Not applicable to normal browsing until payment checkout is enabled.
4.2 Email Tracking and Resend
The Sunbed Hub uses Resend for transactional and marketing email communications. Resend may track:
- Email opens and clicks (if applicable)
- Engagement metrics to improve email delivery
Email tracking helps us understand which communications are most valuable to you and allows us to optimise our messaging. You can manage email preferences in your account settings or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in each email.

4.3 Member Dashboard & Platform Activity
For logged-in members, the platform uses session-based storage and server-side data (not cookies) to track:
- Dashboard state and active tabs
- Onboarding tour progress
- Staff training progress and compliance activity
- Compliance Vault usage
- Scoring data and activity history
This data is stored in our database as part of your member record, not as browser cookies. It is covered by our Privacy Policy.
