Why is my account pending approval?

Applications are reviewed by the Sunbed Hub team. You will receive an email when the review has been completed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a notification.

How do I log in after signing up?

Click Log In in the top-right corner and enter the email address and password you used during signup. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot password?' on the login page to request a reset link. The reset link expires after one hour.

I forgot my login details. What should I do?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. The link expires after one hour for security.

How do I delete my account?

You can submit a deletion request through the Data Deletion page on this website. Requests are normally responded to within one calendar month. Please note that the right to erasure is not absolute. Some records may need to be retained, restricted or anonymised because of legal obligations, fraud prevention, ongoing disputes, certificate records or compliance requirements. We will explain what action has been taken when we respond.

How much does salon membership cost?

How many staff members can I add?

A standard salon account includes up to 10 staff accounts. The salon owner account does not count towards this allowance. Every staff member must use their own email address, accept an email invitation and create their own password. Additional staff capacity may be available by contacting the Sunbed Hub team.

Can staff members share a login?

No. Every staff member must have their own account and email address. Individual accounts ensure that training progress, assessment results and certificates are recorded against the correct person.

Can I use one salon account for more than one location?

No. A salon account is connected to one approved business location. Businesses operating additional locations should contact the Sunbed Hub team so the correct account arrangement can be reviewed.

How do I apply for membership?

Approved suppliers are listed in the directory once their application is reviewed. Suppliers may receive approximately 12 months of promotional access, after which the account moves to renewal review while future supplier terms are agreed. The full category selection is available during registration and in your Supplier Dashboard.

What regions can I target?

You can specify your coverage as UK-wide, England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. You can also add your business address and town to your profile.

What is the 'Verified' badge?

Verification is a manual review carried out by the Sunbed Hub team. It may take into account factors including a complete business profile, valid business contact information, active account status, evidence of trading where requested, and any further checks the team considers appropriate. Verification is a trust signal. It does not guarantee or endorse the quality of a business, product or service.

Can I post Member Offers for salons?

Member Offers can be created by eligible suppliers with the required active supplier access. Offers require admin approval before going live and must include a valid expiry date. Once approved, they appear on the supplier's profile, in the directory and on the Member Offers page. Offers are hidden when they expire or are withdrawn.

How is the directory ordered?

Every business appears in a single organic results list. Businesses are ordered by verified status, profile completeness (logo, description, address and contacts), review quality for suppliers, and business name alphabetically as a tie-breaker. There are no paid placements or boosts. Account type, achievement count and account age do not affect ranking.

How do I improve my ranking in the directory?

To improve your organic position: apply for verification through the Sunbed Hub team; complete your profile by uploading a logo and adding a description, address and contact details; and encourage genuine reviews from salon members who have worked with you.

Yes. The directory supports keyword search, category filtering, location and region filtering, and a toggle to show only suppliers with active Member Offers. Visit the Directory to explore.

Can anyone browse the directory?

Yes. The directory is publicly accessible. Contact details such as email, phone and website are visible to logged-in members. Suspended, rejected or unapproved accounts do not appear publicly.
